4. Process of industrial reverse osmosis machine
Basic RO water filter machine Technology Process as below :
Raw water inlet - raw water tanks - raw water pump - multimedia filter with sands - active carbon filter - softener -PP filter - high water pump - RO filters with reverse osmosis mebranes-pure water tank - pure water pump - UV lamps & Ozone sterilizer for disinfection -Prue water distribution
Remarks :
a. If the water source is from river or lake , we usually add some chemical dosing tank ,because the surface water will be polluted easily.
b. If the water from underground or well , the water quality is better ,but the TDS may higher , we design the system with first ro stages or double ro stages to satisfy the requirements of pure water from customers .
c. We usually add PH adjustment tank after 1st reverse osmosis filter
