1.Are your a trade company or manufacturer?

we are manufacture since 2003 with more than 15 years experience.We have given many completed solution of water purifying machines plants / deionized water equipment to our customers.

2.What`s the guarantee,in case the water purifier breaks down?

We give you a 12 months of warranty for the water purifying machines / deionized water equipment,but not for the consumption parts.If it breaks down,generally speaking,our technician will figure out what the problem may be ,according to client`s feedback.Damaged parts will be replaced for free if the problems are caused by quality fault.Our engineer can talk with you online meeting to solve your problems.If possible ,we can also let our engineer go to your place to check the problems.

3.How about the documents after shipment?

After shipment, we will send all original documents to you by DHL or Fedex,including packing list,commerical Invoice,B/L,and other certifications such as 3Q for pharmacutical .

4.How long is the production time?

a.for lab water purifying machines plant/ deionized water equipment ,it usually take 7-15 days depending on the capacity of the water filter plant.

b.For a larger scale water purifying machine plant/ deionized water equipment,we should have time to prepare all the materials ,so it needs about 35-40days for one system.

5.About the payment ?

We usually take T/T or L/C, and Alibaba Trade Assurance as well.It also depends on our customers.

6.Can you visit our factory ?

Of course you can. Our factory is located Chongqing ,southwest of China.The airport is Chongqing Jiangbei Airport. It takes about 40 minutes by car from our airport to our factory.We can pick you up when you arrive at airport and help you order a hotel in advance.You don`t worry about anything.
